We will not use your personal data for purpose other than those notified to you in advance such as but not limited to availing of our services, company response and by any other means deemed necessary for the service(s) requested/contracted; to contact or communicate with the business partners in the performance of the contract, and to perform any other acts related thereto with respect to the business partners.  Further, to share personal data related to shareholders to exercise the rights and perform the obligation in accordance with the laws or regulations, to execute any and all plan with respect to the shareholders, and to manage and maintain the shareholders in accordance of law and or regulations.  Furthermore, any personal data related to Job Applicants provided voluntarily by said applicants with the information related to a job application, their contacts and to manage the operations with respect to the job applicants.
